Sam Harrison, who has over 100 games on his belt for Leicester Tigers, joined the club reps at Intercontinental Hotel to celebrate the achievements of a partner club Kuala Lumpur.

LEICESTER TIGERS’ FULL-BACK, VEAINU TO MISS NORTHAMPTON SAINTS DERBY

The Leicester Tigers will be meeting the Northampton Saints on Saturday at Welford Road, in the Aviva Premiership derby and the game will see George Worth continue at full back position for Leicester Tigers.

Leicester Beats London Irish by 12-6

To secure the hope of finishing in the top four, Leicester Tigers beat London Irish which was a close-knit encounter.

In the first half, scrum was dominated by Leicester and it was in the last minute of the break that Geoff Cross was sin-binned. Two penalties were kicked by Freddie Burns and the visitors had a half time with 9-3 with a drop-goal. It was in the Madejski Stadium with rain and windy condition.
It was David Mele who secured the necessary points for Tigers just when Shane Geraghty retorted with fly-half.

Aviva Premiership Rugby Football Union club the Northampton Saints have announced the signing of flanker Jamie Gibson from fierce East Midlands rivals the Leicester Tigers for the new season.

The 24 year old, who was a part of the England squad for their summer tour of 2012 without being handed a cap, is one of the most promising players on the fringes of the England team and his signing for the new season means the Jimmies will go into the 2015/16 even stronger.
